Precision industry offers a number of products to be used in
various mechanical machinery . The major products include bushes, molding dies
and similar other products .
Precision industry products including bushes , carbide tools are
used to shape metal or plastic into required design through list of different
process .
Precision and stamping process is
composed of many different components and parts which may include cutting
tools, inserts, index able inserts, dies, punch and many other different molds
as well. Among these parts one of the most important one is stripper or
most commonly known as a stripper pad.
Basically a striper pad is a set of
plates loaded with spring, by shape it is flat. There purpose is basically of
pulling metal and other such substances from the punches or normally cutting
punches. After the cutting process the metal tends to deteriorate around the body
of the punches. The striper pad are also inserted via a solid steel block
normally known as a pad window. The window is very small and has a weight
which is very light in weight. They are also helpful in holding metal which is
flat or of any shape given by the purchaser through a graphical image.
Thus striper pads can be considered as
the pre-requiste for any precisionmolding process .
