How to Prevent Conveyor Belt Longitudnal Tear

The conveyor belt in normal operation will not occur with the
problem of longitudinal tear phenomenon. It occurs only when the tape has partially or complete run over the sharp objects, such as steel , iron , range,
anchor, greater waste , etc. that have put a scratch on tape .
In case of treadmill belt

driver . Also must adopt comprehensive prevention measures, to maximize

(1) An oversight person will be employed through the coal
transfer line , he will be responsible in keeping a constant look on the supply
of coal through the belt . If any sharp object is observed by him then he
manually removes them .
(2) In the flow of
coal , the person also make sure that no
such object should pass through , that is larger than the capacity of the tube
.
These are some measures through which any damage to conveyor
belt can be avoided.
